Yes, I have sold real estate, including personal properties as well as investment properties.

I have been involved in the real estate industry in one way or another for close to two decades.

There have been a few purchases and sales that have inspired some feeling of regret, but I do not have any significant regrets and have not experienced any devastating outcomes.

There are several lessons I’ve taken from real estate and successfully applied to other areas, and I’ve found that there are just certain principles and practices that are universally effective.

There are quite a few mentors I can thank for helping me better understand the nuances of the real estate industry, but most of what I know about the industry is the product of my own experience.
