1. What do you know about the real estate industry?
I have a lot of experience working with real estate industry clients and have learned quite a lot about the industry through that experience.
2. Have you ever sold real estate? How did you make it happen?
I have not directly sold real estate, but I have developed marketing campaigns for clients with the specific goal of generating real estate sales.
3. How much experience do you have in buying or selling real estate?
I recently bought a home in Atlanta, Georgia, and my marketing experience has made it possible for me to learn a great deal about the process of buying and selling real estate.
4. Have you ever made a sell or a purchase you have regretted?
I have received a lot of unsolicited offers — and, to be honest, a lot of very generous offers — to buy my home, but I have not regretted rebuffing the offers. If I had accepted, I am quite certain that I would regret doing so.
5. What advice would you give inexperienced who are wanting to buy or sell?
It is never a good idea to rush into any purchase or any sale, so try to focus on adopting a patient approach when dealing with matters of real estate.
6. What have you found out to be the best way to market property?
In my experience, a comprehensive approach to digital marketing — modified based on the specific outcome desired — is the best way to market a property.
7. What tools do you believe are essential for success in the real estate industry?
As a buyer, seller, or realtor, patience is probably most essential.
8. What has real estate taught you about life?
It has validated the saying that “perception is reality,” at least as it relates to the value of a particular property.
9. How can you use what you have learned in real estate to succeed in other areas?
I learned a long time ago that success is most likely when a plan is highly detailed and is designed according to the very specific goals and objectives being sought.
10. Do you have a mentor who taught you what you know?
No, most of what I learned about real estate came from my own research and from working with my real estate clients.
11. Do you have a feedback system? How does it work?
My feedback system is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible; I believe there are few things more valuable than thoughtful feedback regarding the efficacy of our methodologies.
