In addition to her business development responsibilities, Ms. Kramer has also been instrumental in a number of critical software projects. During her time with QASymphony, Ms. Kramer has played a role in the development of JIRA testing and JIRA test case management, as well as a number of other QA tools of critical importance to the company’s wide range of clients. Utilizing a collaborative approach and drawing on her extensive experience and expertise, Ms. Kramer’s presence at QASymphony has been a central reason for the company’s endlessly impressive accomplishments and its sterling reputation among clients.
The Emory University graduate also has a unique understanding of the Atlanta area and has studied its real estate market ever since she began her undergraduate coursework on the campus located in the city. Her role with QASymphony, an Atlanta-based company that focuses on providing clients with enterprise-level testing tools designed specifically for use in fast-paced environments, has allowed Ms. Kramer to remain plugged into the Atlanta real estate market and to take advantage of any emerging trends she might recognize.
While Ms. Kramer is relatively new to real estate investing, her portfolio has already performed extraordinarily well, which she attributes to the fact that Atlanta has now been her home for many years now. Although her focus remains firmly on her responsibilities with QASymphony, it is clear that Ms. Kramer could easily transition to a career in the real estate investment industry if that was her wish.
1. What do you know about the real estate industry?
My understanding mostly pertains to the Atlanta market and to investment properties in particular.
2. Have you ever sold real estate? How did you make it happen?
I’ve used a brokerage firm to sell a few of my investment properties, and I am quite content with the idea of continuing to use a broker rather than selling the properties on my own.
3. How much experience do you have in buying or selling real estate?
I only began investing recently, but I feel as though I have already made a tremendous amount of progress.
4. Have you ever made a sell or a purchase you have regretted?
No, and I hope that don’t ever regret a purchase or sale in the future.
5. What advice would you give inexperienced who are wanting to buy or sell?
I was patient and simply observed the market in Atlanta for quite a while before I even considered investing in a property, and I think that allowed me to avoid making any “rookie” mistakes.
6. What have you found out to be the best way to market property?
I haven’t had to market a property myself, but my broker has a very effective approach to marketing that involves a lot of social media.
7. What tools do you believe are essential for success in the real estate industry?
Attentive observation of the market has been the most essential tool for me.
8. What has real estate taught you about life?
Real estate investing has taught me the value of thorough research and patient analysis.
9. How can you use what you have learned in real estate to succeed in other areas?
I’ve learned a lot that can be applied to my role with QASymphony, but the inverse of that statement is also true.
10. Do you have a mentor who taught you what you know?
No, I was just intrigued by the real estate market and studied up on it as much as I could. Eventually I felt confident enough to invest in my first real estate property.
11. Do you have a feedback system? How does it work?
Not yet, but if I ever set one up I’ll surely model it on the feedback system we use at our company.
