Danny Loschiavo
Danny Loschiavo co-founded BoldLeads with the goal of providing real estate agents with a solution to the longstanding issues inherent in the traditional strategies for generating future client leads. Mr. Loschiavo, a marketing expert who had previous experience with the real estate industry as a part of several prior entrepreneurial endeavors, became aware of the tedious and time-consuming nature of lead generation after his mother and BoldLeads co-founder Christine encountered obstacles as she tried to expand her database of clients.

A graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in business and global studies, Mr. Loschiavo was already involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors as an undergraduate. What do you know about the real estate industry?
Nearly all of my entrepreneurial endeavors have been related to real estate in some way, but even though I know the industry very well I try to keep an open mind to new ideas and continue to seek insight from other professionals whenever possible.
Have you ever sold real estate? How did you make it happen?
My role with BoldLeads has allowed me to connect buyers and sellers with agents, but I have never personally sold real estate.
How much experience do you have in buying or selling real estate?
I’ve been involved in the process as an observer or intermediary on countless occasions, but my expertise has always been on the issue of lead generation.
Have you ever made a sell or a purchase you have regretted?
No, but I have seen the repercussions that come with a regrettable purchase or sale.
What advice would you give inexperienced who are wanting to buy or sell?
I’ve seen firsthand just how valuable it is to have an exceptional real estate agent serving as an advocate for their clients, so I always recommend that those looking to buy or sell focus on finding an agent they feel they can trust.
What have you found out to be the best way to market property?
I’ve found that there has to be a highly diversified approach to generate the greatest degree of success.
What tools do you believe are essential for success in the real estate industry?
The most important tools are those that can help make an agent more efficient in carrying out their responsibilities, especially those pertaining to generating leads.
What has real estate taught you about life?
My system allows agents to focus more time on personal interactions with their clients, so I’ve learned that the key to success in any industry is to focus on developing interpersonal relationships.
How can you use what you have learned in real estate to succeed in other areas?
I’ll use what I’ve learned in real estate to become more efficient in other areas of my professional life.
Do you have a mentor who taught you what you know?
I have quite a few mentors, but my mother, Christine, was the first to teach me about real estate.
