Scott Groza
Groza Learning Center co-founder Scott Groza has dedicated his professional career as an educator to the idea that every student is deserving of an academic environment in which they are provided with the best possible opportunity to experience consistent learning gains across every subject. It is this belief that led Scott and fellow co-founder Christy Groza to create the Groza Learning Center with the goal of providing students with access to an academic experience in which instruction is highly personalized and delivered in small groups or in a one-on-one setting.
The Groza Learning Center is known throughout Southern California academic circles for its unique and exceptionally effective approach, which often begins with an individual assessment utilized to identify each student’s strengths and weakness for use in designing a personal education strategy that yields the best possible outcome and leads to the achievement of specific learning goals. In designing this approach, both Scott and Christy relied on extensive academic research as well as their individual experiences as longtime educators.
Inside the Groza Learning Center it is immediately evident that every aspect of the interior design was selected based on the manner in which it could positively contribute to the creation of an exceptional learning environment. The same is true of the learning center’s educational retreat, which is a beautifully idyllic setting featuring a verdant meadow that is somewhat evocative of an experience in nature. Based in Pacific Palisades, it is quite clear that Scott was incredibly aware of the importance of the learning center’s location as it pertained to the achievement of student learning goals.
In selecting the Pacific Palisades location for the Groza Learning Center, Scott’s interest in real estate principles were piqued and led to further study and research on the subject. While he has hardly adopted a full-time approach to real estate investing, he has insight into that local market.
