Danny Loschiavo co-founded BoldLeads with the goal of providing real estate agents with a solution to the longstanding issues inherent in the traditional strategies for generating future client leads. Mr. Loschiavo, a marketing expert who had previous experience with the real estate industry as a part of several prior entrepreneurial endeavors, became aware of the tedious and time-consuming nature of lead generation after his mother and BoldLeads co-founder Christine encountered obstacles as she tried to expand her database of clients.
Drawing on his past experience in marketing and in real estate, Mr. Loschiavo developed a system through which agents could secure future client leads with a greater degree of efficiency and effectiveness while also streamlining the follow-up process through automation. Recognized within the real estate industry for his inventiveness and ingenuity, Mr. Loschiavo’s company has expanded at an exponential rate as real estate agents all over the country recognize the value of the manner in which BoldLeads reviews its system in order to ensure agents are able to reap the rewards of its exceptional efficacy.
Mr. Loschiavo’s entrepreneurial success can be attributed to a number of factors, including his insight and expertise with regard to a diverse skill set that encompasses marketing, web design, graphic design, CRM and conversion strategy. Through the application of these and many other unique skills, Mr. Loschiavo has already been identified as one of the best young entrepreneurial minds in the nation. This status has been reinforced again and again due to the overwhelming success of BoldLeads and has been further supported by his recognition as one of the “Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35.”
A graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in business and global studies, Mr. Loschiavo was already involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors as an undergraduate. It was during this time that Mr. Loschiavo began working on projects relating to the real estate industry, and he has since been able to apply this experience to immense success in his efforts as the co-founder of BoldLeads.
